Shipping Domestic

All Australian orders will be sent by Australia post ( unless otherwise organised with the seller), trackable and insured through Australia post for flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. 

You can upgrade your shipping with Express Post, trackable and insured through Australia post for  $18.75 estimated delivery within 2-5 business days. 

Shipping international

Due to the vulnerability of ceramics being shipped across the world we have not added shipping to our shop, however….Please get in contact directly via email : claybychloeabla@outlook.com.au to enquire about international orders, please note it is not guaranteed that we can ship internationally however we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Exchange and returns

Each piece is individually hand-built and therefore can not be guaranteed of total uniformity, we do not offer exchange on any of our items however if you are unsatisfied with a product/item please get in contact via email: claybychloeabla@outlook.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item in order to discuss a replacement.

Broken or damaged items.

Chloe Abla Studio takes special care when packaging items to ensure safe delivery however in the unfortunate event of a breakage we may replace the item if it is able to be replicated at our cost.

Photographic evidence must be received by Chloe Abla Studio within 7 days of delivery to receive replacement or refund of broken items. Please note that as each item can take up to 10 weeks to produce the item may take up to 12 weeks to replace and deliver.
